From the first phone call, to the intial meeting, to the handling of our family member... Drake was sympathic, courteous, and caring from the beginning to the end. He and his office showed compasion at our time bereavement, handled everything with upmost delicacy and professionalism. He was upfront with all thealings of the situation in hand.

The service we received from Drake and staff went beyond phenomenal. We were in a situation that required much to be done in a very short time. From the time we first contacted them until everything was complete was less than two days. We dealt mostly with Erin and Drake and the kindness and care they showed helped us tremendously. The setting for making the arrangements and for viewing our daughter were most comfortable and considerate. Even though this was New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, staff stayed late to assist us and Drake met with us on New Year's Day to complete our requirements. As if their going out of their way to help us was not enough, we were reassured by the complete lack of pressure and stress regarding payment. We have since also found out that the cost of services was more than just reasonable. Should anybody be looking for the best possible service in their time of need I would highly recommend this company that made us feel they were indeed part of our family. Drake was amazing during the hard time with losing my grandma. There was no hidden costs, no hurry to make sure he received payment. Told us to be with family and we can deal with payment afterwards. Filled out all the forms for us for the government and made it as easy as it can be. Everytime I have called, he always answered. Definitely goes over and beyond his work to make sure we are taken care of. Thank you Drake for your amazing service.

Drakes funeral home staff and Drake are so professional .I work in a care facility and often deal with Drake and his wonderful staff ..they are kind and very compassionate..they do not pressure people…If asked I willalways recommend this funeral home to families .thank you Drake for all you and your amazing staff for the support you give to our families and staff .

I'm very disappointed with how you guys handled my grandfather's funeral. I say handled but there was zero help with the set up and coordination with the celebration of life. Only to show up 45 mins before the start or the funeral to supply a speaker. With zero communication up to the day of the funeral and with my family going with the best package you would hope for the least amout of stress during this time but you caused so much stress for my family going threw they toughest of times. I understand that the owner was out of town and somebody was taking care of the business however I can not stress this the most the person was not qualified nor cared about are situation and should not have been dealing with this kind of personal matter. I understand maybe the person got thrown into the position but when your dealing with such matters its unacceptable. I will never recommend these guys to anyone and honestly hope no one else goes threw what my family did. And hope that drake makes some changes next time someone else is put in charge.

Drake and his staff were compassionate, efficient, accessible, and welcoming. They made a daunting and painful process possible. I was billed exactly-- I mean to the penny-- what I was quoted, and the services I requested were provided exactly as described. There was no upsell, judgment, or pressure of any kind, and Drake in particular is wonderful to do business with: intelligent, warm, patient, with a sensitive and empathetic sense of humour that was most welcome. Cannot recommend enough.
